2011 Rules for NFL Loser Pool |

| 1 |
The object of this Game is to pick a different NFL team to lose each week in each pool you are still in. There are no point spreads to consider. Sounds easy right? Just wait. |

The Game will start per the posted schedule and continue through the Super Bowl unless a winner has been determined per these rules. Each game will consist of a main and alternate pool. Everyone starts in the Main Pool. You must pick a different loser each week that you remain in the pool. |

To participate in a Game you must pay for at least one Game Nickname Fee. Fees may be submitted via Paypal, cash or check. |

The Fee for each Game Nickname is $30.00. Once the Game starts there are no refunds. |

There is a cash prize for picking losers. The amount will be determined by the number of Game Nickname Fees collected and will be provided upon request as soon as that information is available. The prize for a main pool Nickname that has not picked a phawkn winner will be approximately 2/3 of the total collected. The prize for the alternate pool Nickname that has picked only one phawkn winner will be approximately 1/3 of the total collected. Because this game is being conducted on line there are expenses that we must pay and those will be deducted from the amount collected. Expenses should not exceed 10% of the collected fees. |

You can have multiple Nicknames in any Game, as long as you pay each Game Nickname Fee. |

Once you have registered and paid the Game Nickname Fee that’s when the fun begins. We are trying to make it as easy as possible for you to participate from any where in the world so we have set it up so that you can turn in your Phawkn Pick(s) by logging on to the PhawkinPicks.com website, or by sending a Text Message or E-mail to pp@phawknpicks.com. We need the paper trail so no phone calls please. You must make sure we can easily identify you and your loser(s) when submitting your Phawkn Pick. |

Your pick for the week must be time and date stamped prior to kickoff of the game you have selected. There may be adjustments to this as the need arises. |

If the team you picked for that week wins or ties you are out of that pool. You must pick a phawkn loser each week to remain in that pool. |

If you pick a winner while in the main pool, you drop to the alternate pool in that game. |
| 11 |
If you pick a winner while in the alternate pool that means you have picked to many phawkn winners and you are out of that Game, but we thank you very much for playing and really hope you had a good time. |

Once you have picked a team to lose you can not chose that team again, even if they phawkn won. You can not pick the same team twice in any game no matter which pool you are in. That means that if you picked Atlanta to lose while you were in the main pool, and they won, you can not pick them to lose while you are in the alternate pool. |

Failure to turn in a pick for the week before the posted deadline means you did not pick a loser. If you were in the main pool you are now in the alternate pool. If you were in the alternate pool you are now out of that game. |

If the event is cancelled for the team you picked to lose, you must pick an additional loser the following week. |

There will be multiple weeks where you must pick two losers anyway. Both teams must lose in that week for you to remain in your current pool. If both picks win in a double pick week you are out of the game because you picked too many phawkn winners. |

You win the pool when your Nickname is the only one remaining in that pool. If the Game ends and there is more than one Nickname remaining then that pool will be split equally. |

If the Game ends because there are no remaining Nicknames then that pool will be split using the results of the end of the prior week. |
| 18 |
If the Main Pool ends because there are no remaining Nicknames then the Nicknames that started the week in the Main Pool are dropped to the Alternate Pool and the pool prizes are combined. |

Toward the end of the season/game/pool you may offer to split the pool you are in. All remaining Nicknames in that pool must agree to split or the pool continues. |

The alternate pool can not split or be decided until the outcome of the main pool has been determined. |
| 21 |
As the season progresses and losers become winners, we may be able to start another Game. The Nickname fee may be adjusted for shortened Games. |

When we are conducting more than one Game, you may enter as many Games as you like. You pay a Game Nickname Fee for each Game you enter. |

If you have any questions please ask them as soon as possible. We tried to considered all possibilities, but you know how that goes. |

The game commissioner and “rules committee” will dutifully resolve any questions and notify all participants of necessary rule changes/modifications/additions. |

All participants agree to these rules. |

Above all please try to have fun being a loser. Where else can you enjoy winning by constantly losing? |
